“Located at 2919 N Flores St. Outlaw Kitchens is the brainchild of former CIA instructor, Chef Paul Sartory and his wife Peggy Howe. While working for the CIA, Chef Sartory developed the concept of Outlaw Kitchens. His idea was simple. He would offer one dinner nightly (plus a vegetarian option, an appetizer, desserts, wine & beer) at a price that his friends and neighbors could afford on a regular basis. With fresh, seasonal ingredients in mind and a wife who is skilled at historical renovations they succeeded in turning an 80 year old limestone bungalow located on a quarter acre of land into their home, garden and restaurant.”
