I have been in Law Enforcement for 24 (recently retired) years, 24 years married to the best wife ever and we have a beautiful 13 year old daughter. This is truly a family business. Due to my stressful occupation, I needed a hobby. I found that I love to cook, smoke and grill food for friends and family. No better way to shake off the stress of a busy day, then to cook for friends and watch them founder from stuffing their bellies with delicious food. In learning how to smoke meats and grill, I needed a good rub seasoning. I tried, I don’t know how many, looking for that perfect blend of sweet and spice. I just couldn’t find it. So I decided to make my own. After a couple years of trial and error, I finally found what I was looking for. So many have told me to market it, so here it is. Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow weekend smokers and grillers, I give you Bad Bandit Rub and Seasoning.
