We are a Restaurant that continues the traditions of the World Famous Johnson’s Grocery (which first opened in 1937 in Eunice, LA). Johnson’s Grocery was the first dry goods store to commercially sell Boudin in 1948 and to this day we continue this tradition by using the same recipes in the making of our Boudin, Smoked (and unsmoked) Sausages, and Tasso. While we stay true to our roots we also serve BBQ and Smoked Meats using Rubs and Sauces developed by Lori’s husband and pit master Greg Walls over 12 years ago. Sit down on our huge covered wrap around porch (heated and cooled) and Listen to local Tunes pumped out by KRVS.
