Kitchen Express was founded by Sedrick Mays on August 2nd, 1985 – his vision was to create a legacy using food as the foundation to indulge in the rich flavors and authentic recipes passed down to him to create a celebration on your plate. This family owned restaurant continues to embody the warmth and hospitality of home cooked meals serving the central Arkansas area. Though Kitchen Express lost Sedrick Mays in 2015, this 38 year old restaurant now ran by Sedrick’s older siblings continues thrive and to serve the community.
