Owners Phil and Helena Brocato own and operate The Main Dish. The Main Dish was established in 1988 by Tresa Hugenroth and at first the menus consisted of a short list of casseroles, side dishes and desserts. Today our menu has expanded to dozens of main dishes, side dishes, desserts, hors d’oevres, catering, etc. They have three small children. Joseph, Philip and Abigail. The Brocatos are proud to provide a much needed service and convenience for our community.
