“Sorella is owned by Nancy Cristala, an Italian immigrant from Northern Italy and her two daughters Laurel and Lillian, together they have been serving the good people of Bakersfield since 1993 with authentic Italian dishes that both surprise and delight their customers. Nancy is the youngest of 5 sisters all with Italian restaurants to include the original Rosa’s in Pismo Beach. Sorella has garnered a reputation not only for their amazing Italian recipes, desserts & gluten free dishes, their hand-cut steaks are simply the best in town!
